Student Poetry Marathon

 

Exclusively for Students!

Saturday, April 6th beginning at 4:00 pm

Bookstore1Sarasota, 12 South Palm Avenue

 

Middle and High School students are invited to bring their best poems and read them aloud during our Student Poetry Open Mic Marathon. We’ll start at 4 pm and continue until done.

Snacks provided.

Rewards for readers:

        ~ First place winner gets $50 cash.

        ~ First, second & third place winners get the book of their choice.

​

Rewards for schools:

         Bags of books for your school's library

         ~ One for the school bringing the most students

         ~ One for the school coming from the greatest distance
